Quotable
Towson head coach Pat Skerry's on Towson's effort and focus.
"I liked our guys' energy especially on the sidelines and our unselfishness, which I think is going to be a trademark of this group. It's a good group of guys to be around. I can't say that enough, but they understand that we have a long way to go.
Skerry on Towson's upcoming schedule.
"We're about to embark some heavyweight games starting with a terrific Kent State team on Monday. It's a group that wants to get better so as you through a long journey and you take some body blows, the one thing I know is not only do we have the right guys on the bus, but we have them in the right seat and that's going to be important."
Gibson on adjusting to Towson and his role.
"It's been good. My teammates have done a great job of helping me get involved. I've been doing everything I can to get my other teammates involved as much as I can but I can shoot too. I look for my teammates first. I am excited about being here. We have a great group and we're all close and connected. I feel like I know where everybody is going to be on the floor."
