QUOTABLE

"The ladies are looking to peak at the right time as we gear up for the conference tournament," head coach Shannon Briggs said. "There were tough conditions, playing in cold temperatures and high winds all day yesterday. Julia really preserved and managed herself all tournament not getting too high or too low on the course. She brought forth a real positive mindset and that will be an asset to her game going into conference play.

"We plan on taking the lessons of the season and capitalizing on the opportunities ahead," Briggs said. "Very proud of this team and their ability to manage and adapt when needed. More to come!"

NEXT UP

Towson will compete in the Colonial Athletic Association (CAA) Championship from Sunday, April 11 through Tuesday April 13 to end the 2021 spring campaign. The 54-hole event will be held at the Grandover Resort in Greensboro, N.C.
