TOWSON, Md. — The Towson men's golf team has announced its fall 2021 schedule, featuring five tournaments.  

"I'm excited about our fall schedule, mainly because we've got a lot of great, championship caliber golf courses on there," head coach Mike Larkin said. "They are courses that will really test and challenge our guys. More than anything, I'm just excited that we'll be back competing again this fall, after having had everything shut down last year. It will be nice to have our guys get some tournament action this fall, coming out of the summer when many of them will have played a lot of competitive golf." 

The Tigers will start their campaign at the Turning Stone Tiger Intercollegiate, hosting by Missouri. The tournament will be played on the Kaluhyat Golf Course at the Turning Stone Resort from September 5-6. 

"I am particularly looking forward to our first event hosted by Missouri," Larkin added. "It's always fun for us to play in an event hosted by an SEC school, and it's a great golf course up there at Turning Stone. More than anything, that one kicks off the season for us and a stretch of tournaments that will come really quickly so it will be nice to get right back into the flow of tournament play." 

The team will return to the Empire State just four days later to take part in The Doc Gimmler (September 11-12), hosted by St. John's. Towson will play the red course of the Bethpage State Park Golf Course.  

To finish off competition in the month of September, the black & gold will travel to the Hartford Hawk Invitational from September 20-21 at the Bull's Bridge Golf Club.  

Returning to the Maryland, the Tigers will compete in the Howard Bison Invitational from October 17-18 at the Woodmont Country Club (North Course) in Rockville, Md.  

Capping off the fall season, the team will host the Towson Fall Invitational at the Prospect Bay Country Club in Grasonville, MD. The three-round tournament will take place from October 23-24.
