TOWSON, Md. – As volleyball season comes to a close, the 2022 Colonial Athletic Association (CAA) Women's Volleyball Tournament presented by Primis starts within a month. Tickets for this three-day event are available to purchase through the Towson Athletics Ticket Office.
 
The CAA announced that the tournament was expanding to eight teams after three new programs joined the conference this season. Hofstra and Towson are the only teams to have clinched a postseason berth, with eight other teams looking to secure one of the six spots remaining.
 
All-session tickets are priced at $20 for adults while youth (ages 5-17) and senior (65 and older) all-session tickets are on sale for $15.

The CAA Tournament starts the quarterfinals on Thursday, Nov. 17th, at 11:00 a.m. between the first and eighth seeds, followed by the fourth and fifth seeds at 1:30 p.m., then the second and seventh seeds at 4:30 p.m., with the third and sixth seeds wrapping up an action-packed day at 7:00 p.m.
 
The winners of those quarterfinal matches will play each on Friday, Nov. 18th, in the semifinals. The first semifinal will consist of the winners of the first two quarterfinal matches at 4:00 p.m., with the second semifinal taking place at 6:30 p.m. between the winners of the last two quarterfinal matches.
 
The championship will take place on Saturday, Nov. 19th, at 6:00 p.m., with the winner representing the CAA in the NCAA Tournament.
