Ewa Beach, HI – The Towson University women's golf team is set to open its spring campaign in paradise, traveling to University of Hawaii for the Dr.Donnis Thompson Invitational on March 6-7. This will be a three round 54-hole tournament with the first 36 holes taking place on Monday and remaining 18 on Tuesday.

Format: Both days will begin with a shotgun start.

The Tigers will be competing against Hawaii, Osaka-Gakuin (Japan), Long Beach State, Sacramento State, Rollins, Western Michigan, Montana State, Middle Tennessee, UNC Wilmington and Georgetown.

Fall 2022 Recap
The Tigers competed in four tournaments for the fall 2022 slate, finding most success at the William & Mary Fall Invitational where they placed fifth out of 10 teams. The team earned a final score of 910 (+46) which was an improvement from the previous year's results at the same event.
Odette Font Garcia led the way for the Black & Gold, placing in the top-15 at three of the tournaments including a second-place finish at the Grandover Fall Classic where she went 76-77-71. Senior
Madison Barber shot a career best 73 at the same tournament, tying for 23
rd after finishing at 19-over.
Barber was the top finisher for the Tigers at the Pirate Collegiate Classic where she tied for 16
th after rounds of 77-72-74, earning a new career best during the second round.
