RICHMOND, Va. – 281 Towson University student-athletes have been recognized on the Fall 2023 Coastal Athletic Association (CAA) Commissioner's Academic Honor Rolls, announced by the league on Thursday.
254 Towson student-athletes are on the CAA Commissioner's Academic Honor Roll while 27 have been placed on the CAA Football Commissioner's Academic Honor Roll.
To earn a place on the Commissioner's Academic Honor Roll, student-athletes must have at least a 3.0 grade point average and be a full-time student during the Fall 2023 term. The league announced its academic honor rolls on Thursday with the assistance of academic advisors across the schools of the CAA.
This semester, the CAA is honoring student-athletes on three different levels of achievement: High Honors with Distinction for a 4.0 grade point average (GPA), High Honors for a GPA from 3.7 and 4.0 and Honors for a GPA between 3.0 and 3.7.
In total across the CAA, there are 3,974 student-athletes on the CAA Commissioner's Academic Honor Roll and 712 on the CAA Football Commissioner's Academic Honor Roll.
