Closing Out TU Arena
Towson hosts George Washington and William & Mary for the final regular season home meet of the year for a 6 p.m. start time.

The meet's theme is Own Your Roar, which is a campaign based on student-athlete mental health awareness founded by former Towson gymnast Olivia Lubarsky. Graduate student
Camille Vitoff is currently the president of the organization.

Fans are also encouraged to bring dog toys as this meet will mark Towson Gymnastics' third annual dog toy toss. Donations will go to Maryland SPCA (Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals of Baltimore City, Inc.).

At the conclusion of the meet, Towson's seniors will be honored. The Tigers 2024 senior class includes

Maryland Dual Recap
The Tigers tied their sixth best team score in program history of 196.625 at a dual meet with Maryland on March 10, narrowly falling to the Terps by .100. It was a close battle throughout all four rotations as Towson remained within .300 points or less away from Maryland after each event. The Black & Gold outscored the Terrapins on beam 49.300-49.200 and bars 49.300-49.225.

Elise Tisler picked up the team's only individual first place finish, tying for first on floor with a 9.875.
Sarah Girot,
Lauren Keener and
Jenna Weitz helped lead the beam squad to a season high 49.300, as all three Tigers posted season or career bests. Girot registered a 9.900 for a new career high while Keener and Weitz logged season high 9.875s. On bars,
Grace Vaillancourt scored a 9.900, followed by
Clara Hong,
Isabella Minervini,
Camille Vitoff and
Lauren Greene with 9.850s.

It's a Weekly Thing
For the past six consecutive weeks, Towson has received at least one East Atlantic Gymnastics League (EAGL) weekly award. On March 13,
Elise Tisler was named EAGL Specialist of the Week for the fourth time this season.

Scouting the Revolutionaries
The Tigers saw their fair share of the Revolutionaries this season as this will be the fourth matchup for the two teams.

Towson last faced George Washington on February 16 at the Charles E. Smith Center in D.C. where it placed second out of five teams with a 196.600 behind GW with a season high 196.625. The team's second 196 of the season came from a dual meet with Ball State on February 23 where it logged a 196.250. Most recently, the team competed in a quad meet with No. 2 LSU, No. 14 Auburn and Texas Woman's where it placed third with a 195.100.

George Washington ranks 22nd in the NCAA on vault (49.175 NQS) and 30th on beam (49.100 NQS). In the East Atlantic Gymnastics League (EAGL), the Revolutionaries rank second overall and first on beam. Key competitors for GW include Kendall Whitman who ranks first in EAGL on floor (9.915 NQS), fourth on vault (9.850), fourth on all-around (38.944 NQS) and fifth on floor (9.820 NQS). Sarah Zois, Kasey Burke, Maya Peters and Anneliese Silverman rank in the top five in the conference in their respective events.
