TOWSON, Md. – The East Atlantic Gymnastics League (EAGL) announced the All-EAGL Scolastic Team for the 2023 calender year on Tuesday, as the 2024 regular season comes to a close.
92 gymnasts from the five league members make up this year's Scholastic Team. In order to be named to the team, gymnasts need to maintain a GPA of 3.0 or higher throughout the 2023 calendar year. Freshmen are eligible with fall 2023 semester grades only.
Towson had 23 student-athletes named to the Scholastic Team, two more than the previous year. The Tigers tied with Temple for the most amount of athletes in the league, followed by LIU with 16 and George Washington and New Hampshire with 15.
