TOWSON, Md. - The Towson University women's lacrosse team has released its 2026 campaign, announced by third year head coach
Kristen Carr on Wednesday.
The 2026 schedule will consist of 17 regular season games, with five taking place at Tiger Field, one at Johnny Unitas® Stadium and eleven on the road.
"We're excited for our 2026 season to officially begin, featuring a competitive blend of in-conference and out-of-conference games", said Carr. "Our team is ready to attack games and grow throughout the season."
The Tigers open the 2026 season on the road at Mount St. Mary's on Friday, February 6, before traveling to Pennsylvania to face Villanova on Sunday, February 8.
Towson returns to Tiger Field for its home opener on Saturday, February 14, welcoming Georgetown.
The Black & Gold then head west for a two-game road trip, taking on Denver on Thursday, February 19, followed by Colorado on Saturday, February 21.
March begins with a pair of home contests, as Towson hosts Temple on Wednesday, March 4, and Jacksonville on Saturday, March 7.
The Tigers open Coastal Athletic Association (CAA) play on Saturday, March 14, traveling to North Carolina to face Campbell. Towson then makes a short trip to Baltimore to take on Loyola on Wednesday, March 18.
The Black & Gold continue CAA action with four straight conference matchups. Towson travels to William & Mary on Saturday, March 21, before hosting Hofstra on Saturday, March 28 at Johnny Unitas® Stadium. The Tigers then head to Long Island to face three-time reigning CAA champion Stony Brook on Friday, April 4, and conclude the four-game stretch at home against Drexel on Saturday, April 11.
Towson resumes non-conference play with a trip to New Jersey to face Princeton on Wednesday, April 15.
The Tigers return to Tiger Field on Sunday, April 19, to host CAA opponent Elon.
Towson closes the regular season on the road, traveling to Philadelphia to take on Penn on Wednesday, April 22, before wrapping up CAA play at Monmouth in West Long Branch on Saturday, April 25.
The CAA Tournament will be hosted at Stony Brook with the semifinals on Thursday, April 30 and conclude with the title game on Saturday, May 2.
