Towson, Md. - The Towson University track & field team has released its 2025 outdoor schedule, announced by head coach
Consandria Walker-Hall Friday afternoon.
Indoor Season Recap
The Tigers ended their indoor postseason on a high note by claiming the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Championship title for the third time in program history. The first-place finish was supported by multiple new all-time marks and two new school records to accumulate a total of 84 points.
Leeann Redlo cleared 1.80m on her first attempt to set the Towson record for the high jump and place first in the event.

Cristal Cuervo,
Jasmine Scott and
Maya Tucker additionally set a school record in the 4x400m relay final with a combined time of 3:39.97, also placing first and clinching the win for the Tigers. In the awards ceremony portion of the meet, Jons was recognized at the Most Outstanding Performer of the Championship after setting an ECAC record in the 200m final as well as placing first in the 400m final and the 4x400m relay final.
At the Coastal Athletic Association (CAA) Championships, the Tigers finished in sixth place. Redlo set a PR in the Pentathlon with a score of 3567 to secure a second-place finish and secure CAA All-Honors in the event. Jons set CAA and Towson records in the 200m (23.20) and 400m (52.31). Redlo and Jons were also recognized by the CAA in the awards portion of the meet. Jons was selected as the Most Outstanding Track Performer of the Championship and Redlo was selected as the Most Outstanding Field Performer of the meet, allowing Towson Track & Field to sweep the MVPs in the 2025 CAA Championships.
Cuervo was also recognized by her home country of Panama for setting a national record in the 200m at the CAA Championships with a time of 23.68.
During the regular season, Towson Track & Field set six new school records, made over twenty all-time marks and picked up even more PRs.
Outdoor Season Schedule
The Tigers begin their outdoor season with a trip to Orlando, Florida for the Black and Gold Invitational on March 21 and 22.
Towson will then host its next two events at home, the Towson Invitational and the Towson Twilight Senior Meet.

The next week, the Tigers will travel to Harrisonburg, Virginia on April 12 for the JMU Invitational.
Towson then have a split-meet weekend on April 18 and 19. Select athletes will travel to the Aggie Classic Meet in Greensboro, North Carolina hosted by North Carolina A&T. The remaining Tigers will stay local for the Morgan State Legacy Meet, taking place at Morgan State University.
The Black & Gold end their stretch of events in April by traveling to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania for the historic Penn Relays, taking place on April 25 and 26.
The Tigers will conclude their regular season meets at the Kehoe Twilight Invitational on May 2, hosted by the University of Maryland.
Towson will travel back to Greensboro, North Carolina for the Coastal Athletic Assocation (CAA) Championships on May 14 and 15, hosted by North Carolina A&T.
Those who qualify will travel to the University of North Florida in Jacksonville, Florida for the NCAA First Round from May 28 to May 31. Hayward Field hosts the NCAA Final Round in Eugene, Oregon from June 11 to June 14.
