FARMINGTON, Pa. - The Towson University men's golf team is slated to attend the Nemacolin Collegiate Invitational hosted by West Virginia University from Sept. 29-30.
The Nemacolin Collegiate will be a 54-hole competition, with the first two rounds being played on Monday with an 8:30 a.m. shotgun start, followed by the third round on Tuesday, teeing off at 8 a.m. The tournament is being contested at the Mystic Rock Golf Course in Farmington, Pennsylvania. The par-72 layout will play at 7,526 yards.
Towson will be joined by Richmond, Virginia Commonwealth, West Virginia, Western Carolina, George Washington, Eastern Kentucky, Mount St. Mary's Seton Hall, William & Mary, George Mason, Saint Francis, Delaware, Robert Morris, Davidson, Bucknell, Campbell, James Madison and Penn State.

Last Tournament Recap
From Sept. 8-9, Towson traveled to White Plains, N.Y. for the Metropolis Collegiate hosted by Columbia University. The Tigers finished in 11th place out of 15 teams. Junior
Michael Matheson led the way for the Black & Gold, carding 70-73-74 to finish tied for 8th place. Matheson tallied eight birdies throughout the tournament.
