Three Gymnasts Earn EAGL Weekly Awards

TOWSON, Md. – The league weekly awards continue to roll in for Towson University gymnastics as three Tigers have earned East Atlantic Gymnastics League (EAGL) weekly awards today.
 
Isabella DeCroo is the EAGL Specialist of the Week, Natalie Lindgren is the EAGL Rookie of the Week and Jocelyn Lannon is the EAGL Rookie Specialist of the Week.
 
DeCroo earns EAGL Specialist of the Week for the second straight week.  The senior from Warrenton, Virginia set new career-highs on the floor, highlighted by a 9.900 to tie for first on March 1, plus earned a 9.800 on vault that meet, just .025 shy of her career-high.
 
Lindgren earns her third EAGL weekly award, including her second rookie honor.  The Fair Haven, Jersey native earned three 9.8+ scores this week, including a new career-high 9.875 on floor and also a career-high on bars with a 9.800, each achieved on March 1.
 
Lannon is the EAGL Rookie Specialist of the Week for the third consecutive time.  The Sutton, Massachusetts native earned a pair of 9.8+ scores on the vault this week, including a career-high 9.875 in a victory on Feb. 27.
 
Towson's next meet is set for Thursday, March 5 at 5 p.m. in Philadelphia where Towson will take on Temple, Maryland and Penn.
