TOWSON, Md – The Towson University field hockey team has announced its promotional schedule for the 2026 season, which begins on Friday, August 28^th.
 
The Tigers are set to play nine home games in 2026 with the first being against Georgetown at 2 p.m. on Friday, September 4^th.
 
More information about promotions and sponsors during the year will be announced at a later date.
 
All Towson field hockey games at TU Field Hockey Complex are free to attend.
 
2026 Towson Field Hockey Promotional Schedule
Sunday, September 20 vs UPenn at 12 p.m.: Own Your Roar Game

• The annual Own Your Roar Game to raise awareness about mental health issues. Own Your Roar is a student-athlete group dedicated to encouraging students and student athletes to advocate for themselves and end the stigma around mental health.

 
Friday, September 25 vs Fairfield at 3 p.m.: Faculty and Staff Appreciation

• A day to honor all Towson University faculty and staff.

 
Sunday, September 27 vs Maine at 12 p.m.: Military Appreciation

• The first 50 fans in attendance will receive a Towson camo hat.

 
Friday, October 16 vs Drexel at 3 p.m.: Pink Game

• The first 50 fans in attendance will receive a pink Towson t-shirt in support of breast cancer awareness.

 
Sunday, October 25 vs UC Davis at 11 a.m.: Senior Day

• Towson field hockey will honor its senior class with a pregame ceremony.

 
Friday, October 30 vs Hofstra at 3 p.m.: Alumni Game/Homecoming Weekend

• Towson invites all field hockey alumni to attend the game and be honored.
