BETHLEHELM, Pa. – The Towson University men's golf team sits in fifth place after the first round of the Lehigh University Invitational at famed Saucon Valley Country Club.. The top four scorers combined to shoot 297 (+9).
 
Brad Riley and Justin Griffith are tied for fifth place after carding 1-uner par 71's. Riley birdied three of the first seven holes and made 13 pars.  the day tied for third place. Griffith made five birdies, including two of the last three holes. 
 
Julian Gonzalez made four birdies for the day, including back-to-back on No. 6 and 7. He finished with a 76 (+4). 
 
Jeremy Summerson (79) made 12 pars.  

The  tournament concludes Saturday. The Tigers will be paired with Lehigh and Siena and tee off between 10:50-11:30 a.m.
