TOWSON, Md.- The Towson University Tigers tennis team continues its fall season with a trip down the road to compete in the Greyhounds Women's Tennis Classic. The Tigers return to the court after a two week hiatus after last competing in the Navy Blue & Gold Invitational. Howard, Loyola, Marshall and Morgan State will also be competing in this weekend. Each matchup will consist of one doubles match and two singles matches with the best of three advancing.

New Faces
The Black & Gold welcome three new players for this upcoming year with two freshmen and one senior transfer.
Ashira Murray comes to Towson after playing across the pond in England, while
Chandré Boshoff comes over from South Africa.
Mya Spencer joins the Tigers after playing three seasons as Saint Louis and is a Bowie, Maryland native. Spencer totaled 37 singles wins and 35 doubles wins for the Billikens.
History
The Tigers last took part in the Greyhound Classic in 2019. The Black & Gold picked up 15 victories, including nine singles and six doubles wins.
Amelia Lawson won her singles backdraw championship and picked up a doubles consolation championship with
