Sedona, AZ – The Towson University women's golf team is set for it's second tournament of the spring 2023 campaign, heading out west to Arizona for the Red Rocks Invitational hosted by Northern Arizona University.
Records fell at last year's Red Rocks Invitational as
Odette Font Garcia broke the program mark of 68 after finishing 5-under, 67. Towson shot 2-under 286 for the second round, which broke the program record and was the best score out of 19 teams that round. Overall, the Tigers finished the tournament in eighth place (307-286-306=899).

The Tigers are up against Northern Arizona University, Cal Baptist, Creighton, CS Fullerton, Delaware, Eastern Washington, Gonzaga, Grand Canyon, Idaho, Illinois State, Montana, Navy, North Dakota State, Northern Colorado, Southern Utah, Utah Tech, Weber State, Wichita State and Wyoming.

Last We Saw Them
The Tigers are coming off of a tenth place finish at the Dr.Donnis Thompson Invitational in Hawaii after rounds of 315, 318 and 314. The team finished at 89-over.
Odette Font Garcia was the top finisher for Towson, completing the tournament tied for 34
th with a total of 15-over, 231. The sophomore tallied four birdies throughout the three rounds.
Teammate
Isabella Portokalis finished not too far behind, tied for 41
st after shooting 233 (+17) for the 54-hole event.
