LEWISBURG, Pa. – The Towson University track & field team wrapped up it's final regular season meet with multiple PRs and top-10 finishes.
Princess Asante (7.96) and
Rebekah Aladekoba (8.37) picked up new PRs in the 60m dash prelims, qualifying for finals. In finals Asante shaved off .01, clocking a 7.95 for second place. Aladekoba dropped .10, running 8.27 to place seventh overall.
Morgan Lane clocked a huge PR of 9.04 in the 60m hurdles to place second overall.
Keerthana Sujesh ran a 9.47 for fifth place.
Satori Valentine finished third in the 400m dash with a 59.28 while
Obanijesu Aofolaju clocked a 1:02.96 to join Valentine in the top 10, placing eighth overall.
Sophie Skinner and
Lauren McNeil ran indoor PRs of 2:27.49 and 2:38.83 respectively in the 800m.
Emma Vacca dropped 22 seconds in the 3k, crossing the finish line seventh with a new PR of 11:07.30.
