Towson Tennis Set to Host Hidden Duals to Open Fall Slate

TOWSON, Md. - The Towson University tennis team opens its fall season this weekend at home. From Sept. 19-21, head coach Jamie Peterson and his squad will host the Towson Hidden Duals at the Tiger Tennis Complex.

Towson Hidden Duals Tournament Information
Facility: Tiger Tennis Complex | Towson, Md.
Start Times: Friday – 4:00 p.m. | Saturday – 8:00 a.m. | Sunday – 8:00 a.m.
Field: Coppin State, Georgetown, Hampton, Johns Hopkins, Mount St. Mary's 
Format: Singles matches will be best of three sets, no-ad scoring with a super tiebreaker for the third set.

Last Season Recap
Towson closed last season with a 7-9 overall record and a 4-4 conference record. The Tiger's most dominant win came from a 6-1 victory over Coastal Athletic Association (CAA) foe Monmouth. The Tigers ended the season with a 4-match winning streak against Hofstra, Hampton, Drexel and George Mason.

The Tigers are set to attend the Loyola Invitational in Baltimore from Oct. 3-5, hosted by Loyola University Maryland.
