Gerzabek Salem Announces Signing of Stevie Schultz

TOWSON, Md. – Towson University Field Hockey head coach Katie Gerzabek Salem has announced the signing of Stevie Schultz Wednesday afternoon. Schultz now becomes the second high school signee of the 2026 class.
 
"We cannot wait to add Stevie to the Tiger family!" Coach Gerzabek Salem announced, "A Maryland All State Selection, we look forward to bringing her athleticism, versatility and motivation to compete to our squad. Stevie's love for the game and passion for Towson University immediately stood out to us and we cannot wait to see what she does in the Tiger uniform. We are so glad to keep this Maryland talent in her home state!"
 
 
 Stevie Schultz is a defender and midfielder from Westminster, Maryland who comes to the Tigers after a four-year career with Westminster High School. In her time with the Owls, Schultz was a four-year varsity starter and three-time captain who led Westminster to four Maryland Class 3A North II Regional Championships and a pair of state finals. She was the team's top scorer her final two seasons and was a four-time First Team All-Conference and three-time First Team All-County selection. In her senior year Schultz was named Second Team All-Metro and Second Team All-State and was a Carroll County Player of the Year Finalist.
