Norfolk, VA | Lewisburg, PA – The Towson University track & field team is heading to two different competitions this weekend, separating by distance and sprint/jumps groups.
The sprint/jumps group will be attending the NSU Invitational hosted by Norfolk State on April 15.

The Tigers showed the teams depth at the Temple Invitational on April 7, posting six top-three finishes across five different events.
The 4x100 relay picked up their third consecutive win of the season, clocking a 45.91.
Beighley Ayers was the top Towson finisher in the 1500m, running a 4:43.04 to place second.
Maya Tucker (24.51) and
Cristal Cuervo (24.58) placed first and second respectively in the 200m dash.
Leeann Redlo placed second in the 100m hurdles and first in the high jump with a mark of 1.67m.
Up Next
The team will split up again next week as Tigers will either attend the Johns Hopkins/Loyola Invite from April 21-22 or the Morgan State Legacy Meet on April 22.
