Beaufort, SC – The Towson University men's golf team is set to wrap up it's final tournament of the 2022-23 season, heading down to South Carolina for the Colonial Athletic Association (CAA) Championship on April 23-25.
At last year's championship the Tigers placed sixth overall after steady rounds of 295-295-296.
Brad Riley posted a 219 (74-73-72) to become Towson's top finisher, tying for 17
th. College of Charleston took the championship title after completing the tournament with a combined 837 (281-274-282) followed by UNCW (856) and Drexel (862).

TEE TIMES AND FORMAT
The three-day tournament will consist of 18 holes being played each day. Start times on Sunday and Monday are 8:30 a.m. while round three on Tuesday is scheduled to begin at 8:00 a.m.

Members of the CAA conference that the Tigers are to compete against include Monmouth, Elon, Delaware, William & Mary, Hofstra, College of Charleston, Drexel, UNCW and North Carolina A&T.

The Tigers placed ninth at last week's Rutherford Intercollegiate after rounds of 297-293-296. The team was led by
Justin Griffith's (74-70-73) and
Brad Riley's (70-71-76) 18
th place finishes. Griffith and Riley both shot under the course average for at least two of the three rounds. Combined Towson tallied 33 birdies with 10 coming from
Ryan Peters.
