LANDOVER, Md. – The Towson University track & field team are competing in the third annual Catholic Cardinal Classic on Saturday. The Tigers are among 14 universities, three club teams and a total field of over 700 athletes competing in the meet. The meet will begin at 10:00 a.m. The meet will be broadcasted on Flo Sports.

Season Recap:
The Black & Gold started off the 2024-2025 indoor season at the Youree Spence Garcia Invitational hosted by St. Johns. The Tigers finished with 11 PR's, 10 marks in the program top 10 all-time list and six gold medal performances.
Cristal Cuervo set the Towson record in the 300m dash at 38.47, and
Piper Jons set a new Towson benchmark in the 600m with a time of 1:32.17. At the VCU Indoor Invitational, the Tigers won five events and added four more new times to Towson top-10 record book.
