One of the top swimmers to compete at Towson, Aaron Krause '04 was inducted into the Towson Hall of Fame in 2014.

During his career he won 21 championship titles, earned nine CAA titles in individual events and helped his relay team to four CAA championships. He was awarded CAA Swimmer of the Year twice and named CAA Championship Meet Most Outstanding Performer twice.
 
Krause was awarded Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Swimmer of the Meet after taking five titles in 2003.
 
As a freshman in 2001, he earned three American East titles, two in individual events and one as a part of a relay team.
 
Krause became the first Tiger swimmer to participate at a NCAA Division I Championship meet when he competed in the 100-backstroke, 200-backstroke and 200-freestyle in 2003.
 
At the time of his induction he held the school records in three events: 100-backstroke, 200-backstroke and the 200-individual medley.
