Hall of Fame
Fred Arnold, former men's basketball standout, was inducted into the Towson Athletics Hall of Fame in 1978.
One of the top scorers in Towson history, Arnold averaged 20.6 points per game from 1959-61, graduating as the leader in that category and currently standing fourth all-time in Towson history.
He also was one of the top players on the men's tennis team and later served as a Towson associate dean of graduate students.
