One of the finest track and field athletes in Towson history, Teri Campbell Travers ’91 was inducted into the Towson Hall of Fame in 2005.

A senior captain, Campbell Travers held the school records for indoor and outdoor triple jump and high jump. She won an East Coast Conference (ECC) championship in the outdoor high jump as a a sophomore and an ECC title in the indoor high jump as a junior. At the ECC meet in 1990, Campbell Travers set a Rauch Field House record with her indoor high jump and won the ECC indoor triple jump at the meet as well. She finished sixth in the indoor long jump as well.

She was the Baltimore Metro champion in the high jump for three straight years and also won the triple jump and high hurdles at the Metro meet. Campbell Travers was named the team’s Most Outstanding performer four times, and she received Towson’s Female Unsung Hero award as a junior.

Campbell Travers graduated from Towson with a degree in business management.
