Hall of Fame
One of the top scholar-athletes to ever compete at Towson, Jeff Peek '87 was inducted into the Tiger Hall of Fame in 1997.
Peek was honored as the East Coast Conference (ECC) Scholar-Athlete three times. In addition, he was named All-ECC three years in a row and capped his career by earning the ECC Player of the Year award.
Peek led the Tigers in scoring for three straight seasons and to back-to-back-to-back ECC championships. As a senior, the Columbia, Md., native was named honorable mention All-America. In 1987, he led the Tigers with 29 goals and 20 assists while helping Towson post a 10-3 record, barely missing the playoffs.
A team captain, he was selected to play in the North-South all-star game in 1987. The winner of the Towson Alumni Athletic Achievement award as a senior, he finished his career with 88 goals and 72 assists.
A 1991 graduate of the University of Maryland Law School, he practiced malpractice defense litigation, representing hospitals, doctors and other medical providers.
